Anyone here attend FETC last week in Orlando, FL? If so, I hope you had a chance to stop by the Scholastic booth to talk with our very own Kathy Walsh! Kathy, Linda and Mark were on hand to share information about the Teacher Share Beta with other teachers. Let's welcome them aboard!
One of the hardest things for a person on the floor of a conference exhibit hall to do is to grab the attention of teachers passing by and to get them interested in the product or service you have to share. We'll be attending a few other conferences as well, so I thought I would turn

to you for some advice. If I only had 2 minutes with a teacher, what do I need to express and stress when describing Teacher Share Beta? What features stand out and are most valuable to you? How can we grab the attention of passing teachers?
Share your thoughts in the comments below. I'll give you more than 140 characters to express yourself.
I have never been to FETC. But, I have been to NECC twice. I am assuming they are similar. I think they best way to grab a teacher's attention is either to make them sit through a good demonstration to enter for or win a prize, or freebies for listening to product demos. There is so much to do and see. It is often hard to figure out what to do.... I know I have often learned this way about something that is great that I probably would not have learned about otherwise. There are so many exhibits good prizes or good giveaways work wonders for the average attendee.
