The Web and Then Some

WPX6 BSRFWhen you think of the school’s Web site as the equivalent of the mimeograph machine of yesteryear for distributing items to kids and their parents you get the idea of how important it is. Serif’s WebPlus X6 design suite can turn a bland static site into multimedia magic and help teach a generation of students how to create a compelling Web site for PCs, tablets and smartphones. In addition to using functional forms and converting just about anything into Web-friendly HTML code WebPlus X6 can simply manage all of a site’s assets. There’re a slew of online how-to videos and resources for teachers and students. The program costs $75 but Serif’s school discount lets the program be used for $20 per user.
