The latest in
touch screens is neither a phone nor a tablet, but Dell’s S2340T multi-touch
monitor. The 23-inch screen can show full HD material and responds to 10-finger
input as well as complex gestures with a Windows 8 system. Unlike other
displays, the S2340T has a unique stand that sits up or folds flat on a
tabletop to work over the display with a pen or finger. It costs $650.
